Hello My name is Yvette, but I am known to most of my friends as Tea. I currently live in Brisbane Australia. I have been on a weight loss journey for four and a half years, from 263 lbs down to
125. I am planning on competing in the ANB, May 2010. I am just finishing up certificate 3 and 4 in fitness with F.I.T. Industry Training.
I love to share what I have learned and show others that no matter
where you are if you have a dream, and you believe in that dream, you
